Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Cyrenza, the premier AI workforce platform. By creating an account, accessing our services, or using any part of our platform, you enter into a binding legal agreement with Cyrenza Inc. These Terms of Use govern your relationship with us and outline your rights and responsibilities as a user of our Knowledge Worker platform.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of our platform immediately. Your continued use of Cyrenza constitutes acceptance of these terms and any future modifications.

The Cyrenza Platform

Cyrenza revolutionizes how businesses operate by providing a comprehensive AI workforce platform featuring 80 specialized Knowledge Workers across 8 industry verticals. Our Financial Operations team includes accountants, auditors, risk analysts, and investment specialists. Property Management capabilities span asset managers, leasing agents, and market research analysts. Legal Services encompass contract analysts, litigation support, and compliance officers.

Our platform integrates seamlessly with your existing business tools, providing intelligent automation, predictive analytics, and professional-grade output across all business functions.

Account Creation and Management

Creating a Cyrenza account requires providing accurate business information, including company details, contact information, and intended use cases. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities conducted under your account.

Account holders must be authorized representatives of their organizations with decision-making authority for AI platform implementations. Corporate accounts require verification of business registration and may involve additional onboarding procedures.

You must immediately notify our security team at security@cyrenza.com of any suspected unauthorized access, security breaches, or suspicious activity related to your account. We reserve the right to temporarily suspend accounts pending security investigations.

Platform Usage Guidelines

Cyrenza's AI workforce platform is designed exclusively for legitimate business operations that align with ethical AI practices and professional standards. Users must comply with all applicable laws, industry regulations, and maintain the highest standards of professional conduct when deploying Knowledge Workers across their organizational workflows.

Ethical AI Deployment: Users are strictly prohibited from deploying Knowledge Workers for discriminatory practices, biased decision-making, or any activities that could result in unfair treatment based on protected characteristics.

Intellectual Property Protection: Any attempts to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or extract our proprietary AI models, algorithms, or underlying technology architecture constitute a material breach of these terms.

System Integrity: Users must not engage in activities that could compromise platform performance, security, or availability for other customers.

AI Agent Deployment and Oversight

Each of our 80 specialized Knowledge Workers operates within carefully defined parameters and capabilities specific to their designated role across the eight major industry verticals. Users bear full responsibility for providing appropriate context, high-quality data, and clear instructions.

Human Oversight: While our AI agents are built to professional standards and follow industry best practices, all AI-generated content requires appropriate human oversight and validation before implementation.

Regulatory Compliance: Users must ensure that AI agent deployment complies with all applicable industry-specific regulations, professional standards, and organizational governance requirements.

Data Ownership and Processing Rights

You retain complete ownership of all data, documents, and intellectual property uploaded to or processed through the Cyrenza platform. We do not claim ownership rights to your business information, strategies, or proprietary data.

By using our platform, you grant Cyrenza a limited, non-exclusive license to process your data solely for the purpose of delivering AI workforce services. Your data is never used to train public AI models or shared with other customers.

Subscription and Payment Terms

Cyrenza operates on a custom pricing model tailored to each organization's specific needs and Knowledge Worker requirements. Pricing factors include the number of active Knowledge Workers, usage volume, integration complexity, and support level requirements.

All subscriptions require advance payment and are subject to our commercial terms agreed upon during the sales process. Price adjustments require 60 days written notice for enterprise accounts and 30 days for standard subscriptions.

Intellectual Property and Technology Rights

Cyrenza owns all rights, title, and interest in the platform infrastructure, AI models, algorithms, software architecture, and related intellectual property. This includes our proprietary 80-agent system, predictive analytics capabilities, and integration frameworks.

Users receive a limited, revocable license to access and use the platform for legitimate business purposes during their subscription period. This license does not permit reverse engineering, replication, or creation of competing AI workforce solutions.

Service Level Commitments

Cyrenza maintains a 99.9% uptime service level agreement with redundant infrastructure, automated failover capabilities, and continuous monitoring. Planned maintenance is scheduled during off-peak hours with advance notification.

Support response times vary by subscription tier: Enterprise customers receive 4-hour response for critical issues, 24-hour for standard issues. Professional plans receive 24-hour response for all inquiries.

Limitation of Liability

Cyrenza provides AI workforce services "as is" with professional-grade quality assurance but cannot guarantee perfect accuracy in all AI-generated outputs. Users must implement appropriate review processes for business-critical decisions.

Our liability is limited to direct damages not exceeding the fees paid during the twelve months preceding any claim. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, business interruption, or data loss.

Account Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription agreement with appropriate notice as specified in the service agreement. Users may export their data before termination through our data portability tools.

Upon termination, we provide a 30-day grace period for data retrieval before beginning our secure deletion process. Knowledge Workers created for your account are deactivated immediately upon termination to prevent unauthorized access.

Modifications and Legal Framework

These terms may be updated to reflect new platform features, legal requirements, or business practices. Material changes require 60 days notice for enterprise customers and 30 days for other users.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiations. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC).
